Timeshares Feedback: It depends. There is a wide range. Expect to pay at least $2 to $4k with an annual maintenance fee of at least $500.

Timeshares Feedback: The cost of a timeshare depends on the quality of the resort, age, amenities, location, how great your scenery, etc…. From my experience they range from $4k - $30K. Now tell me this, if it was possible for you to get the same resort that you enjoyed in Florida and you choose the week or weeks you want ed with no limitation, no blackout dates, no maintenance fees, no exchange fees would that resort interest you, if so click here.
