My company develops condominiums in a resort community, usually purchased fee simple by individual owners. We’re interested in marketing fractional ownership, based primarily on the present demand for it in our area. I would like to gain more information on fractional ownership. Can anyone offer me any useful information, experience? Do you have any idea where I could view an example of a real estate contract involving fractional ownership in order to scrutinize the legalities? Thanks in advance!!!
